Calling all artists!  Leather Trades Artist Lofts features spacious apartment home for artists to live and work. Located at the intersection of 16th and Locust, this loft community was designed with the artist in mind. Our house artists enjoy the exclusive use of five studio spaces, display windows on 16th street and picture rails throughout the building to display work. Become a part of this creative community for artists located in the heart of the Warehouse District. With one of the most unique amenity packages downtown, Leather Trades offers our residents a living experience like no other.
