Very open, wonderful community of artists :) The only downside so far has been parking situation (very tight garages) and recently safety concerns with instances of residents getting robbed outside the building and "tailgaters" coming into the building through parking garages. Poor lighting in alley way and no key required to enter building once inside parking garages makes it easy for intruders to get in.

There is no other place to live if you are creative or talented in any way, Leather trade is the place to be. It's luxury at nominal pricing. It's virtually secure. Has everything you need for every discipline of the arts and more.

A very friendly environment, and an interesting experiment in living with other artists. There is tremendous potential for sharing ideas, experiences and resources with like-minded professionals. I love the studio space and living downtown.

its a welcoming and friendly environment, residents usually smile or speak in passing. very large living area, unique and productive amenities. many windows in unit, not much need for lights during the day. wonderful staff. great location in the midst of downtown. close to 70 and 64/40 highway for easy commute most places.

It is encouraging to be in a community of other artists and feel the support from those around you. Everyone has been welcoming and friendly. Great location with wonderful amenities. Feels like home.
